O vídeo abaixo mostra uma dessas iniciativas, na África do Sul. A ave em questão é um abutre, o Cape Vulture (a população dessas aves no país não chega a 5 mil indivíduos). No site do projeto é possível saber mais sobre o trabalho. O vídeo mostra um pouco do dia-a-dia dos pesquisadores – eles chegam a “voar” com os abutres, é de tirar o fôlego.
